NOTICE.

When BRIYO FC’s locally hosted Operations server is enabled, messages submitted through the Contact page, program availability requests, partnership inquiries, and supporter requests are saved in its private server data folder. These may contain the adult sender’s name, email address, optional phone number, selected program or topic, age band, and message text. Do not submit a child’s full name or personal medical information.

The information is used to reply to adult contacts about program availability, sponsorships, volunteering, giving interest, or other club inquiries. An availability request is not formal registration and a supporter inquiry is not a financial transaction. The operations console limits access to authorized administrators. Records are not automatically sent to advertisers, and the included software does not share messages with a third-party marketing platform.

Records remain stored on the server until an authorized administrator deletes them. The included software does not provide automated retention or deletion schedules. Contact the club at briyofc23@gmail.com to request review or deletion of a submitted message.

Please do not include sensitive information about children, financial details, or medical records in the contact form. Formal program registration and payment remain on separate approved external services and are subject to those services' separate privacy practices.

This draft notice must be reviewed and supplemented by BRIYO’s leadership or legal counsel before the public site is launched.
